Live · Website Studio · Inigo Architect

A new agency website by Friday.

Paste your current website's address, or start fresh from your brand colours. Inigo designs it, builds it and puts it on your own domain — entirely in conversation, synced to the brand kit and stock you already have.

How it works

Six steps from blank tab to your own domain.

There is one front door — Inigo Architect — whatever you're trying to do. Rebuild, redesign, or start from nothing, it begins the same way.

1

Paste your site, or start from your brand

Have a website already? Paste its address and Inigo reads every page and rebuilds it here — words, pictures, pricing carried across. Starting from nothing? Inigo seeds a new site straight from your firm's brand colours, so it looks like you from the first draft.

2

Give it direction, or skip straight to the build

A line or two on what to keep, what to change and the feeling you want — or leave it blank and Inigo makes the confident call itself. Either way the build runs in the background; it's safe to close the tab and come back.

3

Watch it happen, then look at it properly

Live stage labels stream as Inigo works, not a spinner. When it's done, the finished site opens in a signed preview you can resize between desktop, tablet and phone, or open full-screen in its own tab.

4

Refine it in conversation

"Make the hero calmer." "Add a page about our lettings service." "Swap that photo for something more autumnal." Every request lands in the live preview in seconds, and every change is a labelled revision you can undo.

5

Publish, or schedule it for later

Publish immediately, or pick a date and time and Inigo publishes automatically when it arrives — handy for a site that needs to go live the moment a rebrand or a new-office announcement lands.

6

Point your own domain at it

Your account comes with a working subdomain from day one. When you're ready, connect a domain you already own or buy a new one — see Domains & connectivity below for the three ways to do it.

What actually happens

Watch it build. Watch it match you.

Two illustrative examples of what the studio actually shows you — not a live feed, but the same shapes and motion your build goes through.

Nav, hero, listings, footer — in order

A build doesn't dump a wall of text at once. Sections land in reading order as Inigo finishes each one — navigation and hero first, then whichever content sections the page needs, footer last. You can watch it happen in the live preview rather than waiting on a blank screen.

Brand kit · live token swap

One brand kit, every screen

Colour, contrast and type all come from the same token set on desktop and mobile — change your primary colour once and the whole site follows, immediately, everywhere. A contrast rule is checked at save time, so a palette that reads badly on-screen simply can't ship.

A laptop, tablet and phone glowing on an estate agency office desk at dusk, each screen showing the same website in matching brand colours

Brand-synced by design

It's not a template with your logo stuck on top.

The site reads its colours from your firm's brand kit at build time, then keeps its own logo, mobile logo and icon slots so you can fine-tune the site's identity without touching the shared firm logo used elsewhere on your account.

Ask Inigo for a different feature colour or a calmer hero and the whole site follows on desktop, tablet and phone — the same design tokens drive every screen, so nothing drifts out of brand between pages.

Monday morning to Friday afternoon

Paste it. Shape it. Show it off.

An illustrative week, not a guaranteed timeline — the AI build itself usually takes minutes; the week is for domain records to settle and for you to shape it exactly how you want it.

Monday · Paste or start fresh

One address, or one click

Paste your current site's URL and add a line of direction, or skip straight to a fresh build from your brand colours. Either way, you're done in under a minute.

Tuesday–Thursday · Shape it

Nudge it in conversation

Come back between appointments — swap a photo, add a page, calm the hero down. Each request lands in the live preview in seconds, and DNS records for a connected domain settle quietly in the background.

Friday · Publish

Live, on your own domain

Publish it yourself, or schedule it for the moment you want it to go live. The revision history underneath means nothing you did this week is ever really gone.

Your shop window doesn't stop at the glass anymore — it's whatever's on the phone in someone's hand.

The building blocks

19 section types. Ask for any of them.

Every page on the site is built from this vocabulary. You never pick from a menu — just describe what you want and Inigo assembles it from here.

What makes it different

Ten things you won't find in a template marketplace.

Conversational, not click-driven

There is no page builder to learn. "Add a page about lettings", "make the hero calmer", "swap that photo" — Inigo makes the change and shows you the result in the live preview.

Full revision history

Every meaningful change is a labelled revision. Restore any previous version in one click — nothing in the studio is a one-way door.

Contrast-checked palette, every save

Text-on-background contrast is checked the moment you save a colour change. A palette that would read badly on screen simply cannot be published.

Independent branding slots

The website has its own header logo, mobile logo and icon, separate from your shared firm logo — fine-tune the site without touching anything else.

Live 7-day insights

Views, leads and top pages from the last week, surfaced in the studio — plus proactive nudges from Inigo when something is worth fixing, like traffic with no enquiries.

Standing schedules

Recurring jobs Inigo runs on autopilot, each one pausable without losing the schedule — a standing diary for your site rather than a one-off build.

Signed preview, every draft

A private, signed preview link for every draft — share it with a colleague before anyone outside the firm can see it.

Your own upload library

Photos, PDFs and video already uploaded stay in a library the studio can pull from, so you are not re-uploading the same brochure twice.

Compliant footer, built in

Company registration details and redress scheme information are composed into the footer automatically and cannot be deleted by accident.

Leads land where you already look

Contact, valuation, callback and quote forms on the site post straight into your branch lead inbox — no separate website inbox to check.

The website brief, rebuilt

No agency call. No six-week wait.

A bespoke agency website from a design studio or freelancer is commonly quoted anywhere from a few thousand pounds up to £15,000 or more, before monthly hosting and maintenance — and that's before the six-to-twelve-week wait for a first draft.

The agency route

  • A brief, a discovery call, a moodboard, then weeks of waiting for a first draft
  • A design agency invoice running into the thousands, then a separate developer to actually build it
  • Every small change after launch is a support ticket and an invoice
  • Your listings, brand and website live in three different systems that don't talk to each other

With Website Studio

  • A first draft in about five minutes, from a URL or your brand colours
  • Included with your account — no separate design or build invoice
  • Changes are a sentence, live in the preview in seconds
  • One brand kit, one stock feed, one lead inbox — the website is part of the account, not bolted on

A week in the life

A rebrand, launched without hiring anyone.

How a branch owner takes a tired ten-year-old website to a fully rebranded, custom-domain site in the same week the new brand colours are signed off.

Mon

Tom pastes the old site's address

His branch's website hasn't changed since it launched a decade ago. He pastes the URL into the studio, adds one line — "keep it professional, make it feel current" — and hits go on his way to a viewing.

Mon

A first draft is waiting by the time he's back

His old pages, his words and his listings, rebuilt onto a current theme in his firm's brand colours.

What carried across

  • Every page from the old site, rebuilt on the new theme

What changed automatically

  • Colours, type and layout, matched to his firm's current brand kit
Wed

Three small conversations, spread over two days

"Add a page for our lettings service." "The hero photo feels dated, try something more current." "Add our Trustpilot reviews to the homepage." Each change is live in the preview before he's finished his coffee.

Thu
Connected

his existing domain, no downtime

He already owns his domain, so he adds two DNS records at his existing provider. The studio checks them automatically every few minutes, and the site goes live on his own domain without him touching a nameserver.

Fri

Live before the weekend

He publishes Friday afternoon. No agency invoice, no six-week wait, no ticket queue for the next small change — just a conversation whenever he wants one.

Who it's for

Built for whoever owns the website problem.

The independent branch owner

No agency retainer to manage

One branch, one person doing marketing on top of everything else. A conversational website means the site can actually keep pace with the branch, instead of falling further behind every year.

The multi-branch marketing lead

One brand kit, consistent everywhere

Every branch site reads from the same brand tokens and the same section vocabulary, so a group-wide rebrand doesn't mean briefing five separate web agencies and hoping they match.

The branch manager after a rebrand

The website is the last domino, not the blocker

New logo signed off, new colours chosen — the website used to be the thing that lagged six months behind. Now it's a conversation the same afternoon the new brand kit is saved.

Domains & connectivity

One domain story, three levels, upgrade any time.

Every account starts with a working subdomain — yourfirm.home.uk — so there's nothing to configure to launch. Bringing your own domain is optional, and every level below serves both the website and the client portal.

Level 1

Point records our way

Keep your DNS exactly where it is. Add two records at your existing provider and you're live — usually a five-minute job, checked automatically every few minutes until it's confirmed.

  • You keep full control of your DNS
  • Website and portal on the same domain
Level 2 · Inigo-powered

We run your DNS

Point your nameservers at us once. Your existing records — including email — are imported first so nothing breaks, and every DNS change after that is a sentence to Inigo instead of a support ticket.

  • "Add the DKIM record Mailchimp sent me" — done in seconds
  • No developer costs, ever
Level 3 · Coming soon

Buy through us

A brand-new domain for £49 a year, all-in — registration, DNS, certificates and renewals handled automatically, live in about a minute. Domain search works today; buying is launching shortly.

  • Certificates and renewals handled
  • One bill, one owner: you

Not sure what you want yet? Type a name into the domain search and it checks availability instantly — or describe an idea ("something short with Manchester in it") and Inigo suggests real, available domains.

Where the guardrails are

Inigo proposes. You always sign off.

Nothing publishes without you. Drafts stay behind a signed preview link until you choose to make them public, every change is a reversible revision, and the compliance furniture in your footer — company details, redress scheme — is composed automatically so it can't be edited away by accident.

Contrast checked before any palette can save Full revision history, restorable any time Nothing public until you publish it

Time, illustrated

What a website project used to take.

An illustrative comparison, not a measured benchmark — every agency brief and every rebuild is different.

Task Agency route Website Studio
First draft Weeks, after a briefing call Usually about 5 minutes
Matching your brand kit A design phase, billed separately Built in from your first draft
A small content change A support ticket, an invoice, a wait A sentence, live in seconds
Connecting your domain A developer ticket for the DNS records Two records you add yourself, checked automatically

What it costs

Included with your account. The domain is your choice.

Website Studio, included

Building, editing, revisions, preview and your working subdomain come with your home.co.uk agent account — there's no separate website-building subscription to add.

A custom domain, if you want one

Connect a domain you already own at no extra cost, or buy a new one for £49 a year all-in once that option is live. Either way, the free subdomain keeps working underneath.

FAQ

Common questions about Website Studio

Do I need a developer to build the site?

No. You either paste your current website's address and Inigo rebuilds it, or start fresh and Inigo designs a site from your firm's brand colours. Every change after that is a sentence typed into the studio — there is no code editor, no template marketplace and no build queue waiting on an agency.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, at three levels. Keep your DNS where it is and add two records pointing at us. Hand us your nameservers and every future DNS change becomes a sentence to Inigo, with your existing email records imported first so nothing breaks. Or buy a new domain outright for £49 a year, all-in — registration, DNS, certificates and renewals handled (buying through us is launching shortly; connecting a domain you already own works today).

What happens to my search rankings if I rebuild my existing site?

When Inigo rebuilds from your current website's URL, it reads every page and carries your existing words, structure and address history across rather than starting from a blank template — the aim is continuity, not a fresh start that costs you your search history.

Does the site automatically match my brand?

Yes. Every page reads its colours, type and spacing from a token set that deep-merges your chosen theme, your brand colours and any manual overrides you make. A contrast rule is enforced at the moment you save — a palette that fails proper text-on-background contrast simply cannot be saved, so you can't accidentally ship an unreadable page.

What if Inigo gets a section wrong?

Every change is previewed live before anyone else sees it, and the full history of your site is kept as labelled revisions you can restore in one click. Nothing you do in the studio is destructive — you can always step back to an earlier version.

Will my listings and brand kit stay in sync automatically?

Yes — the website draws on the same brand kit and live stock as the rest of your home.co.uk account, so you're not maintaining a second copy of your logo, colours or listings on a separate website platform.

Can I preview the site before it goes live?

Yes. Every draft has a signed preview link you can open yourself or share with colleagues for a look before you publish — nothing is public until you choose to publish it, and you can also schedule a publish for a future date and time.

What does Website Studio cost?

Website Studio comes with your home.co.uk agent account — there's no separate website-building subscription to add. A custom domain is optional: keep the free subdomain that comes with your account, connect a domain you already own at no extra cost, or buy one through us for £49 a year once that option is live.

What happens to enquiries submitted on my new site?

Every form on the site — contact, valuation request, callback, quote — posts straight into your branch lead inbox, the same place your other home.co.uk leads land. There's no separate website inbox to check.

Can I redesign the whole site later, not just tweak it?

Yes. Beyond day-to-day conversational edits, you can ask for a full redesign pass with fresh direction at any time, or start again by pulling from a different URL entirely — your previous site's revision history stays intact underneath.
