There is nothing to install or configure: it is simply there when you log in.
Is Inigo the same as Otto?
No. Otto is the auto-mode report writer — it turns your site dictation into a finished RICS Level 2 or Level 3 report. Inigo is the assistant you talk to: quick questions, market context, wording help and contextual guidance across the whole portal. They draw on the same platform and property data, and both come with your surveyor account.
Will Inigo invent comparables or findings?
No. Inigo is built to be correct before it is helpful. It answers from real lookups against live home.co.uk property data, and when the data is thin it says what is missing rather than filling the gap with plausible-sounding invention. It will not manufacture comparables, defects or valuation certainty beyond the evidence in front of it.
Does Inigo sign or deliver my reports?
