Prepare the options
Your service. Your wording. Your price.
Save a template for each service. The quote builder fills its title, inclusions and terms, then reads your firm’s price list for the property. Adjust the quote before you send it.

Give a clear decision
A quote they can read on their phone.
Your firm’s identity, the property, the options and the valid-until date share one page. The customer chooses an option or declines, with space to tell you why. The PDF carries the same saved options.

Time to decide, without an open-ended price.
Fourteen days by default. Change it for the firm or the individual quote.
Two days before expiry, remind customers whose quote is still open.
The document stays readable. Acceptance stops at the valid-until time.
Need to give them longer? Re-send an unaccepted quote with a new expiry date.
03
Book the chosen survey
The option they chose is the job you book.
Acceptance saves the service and price on the enquiry before opening the customer’s booking link. An expired quote cannot be accepted, and a second acceptance cannot switch the option.
Offer bank transfer if it suits your firm. Your details appear on the quote; you record the payment once it arrives.

Know where each quote stands.
Open
The customer can still choose.
Accepted
Their option is saved.
Expired
The valid-until date has passed.
Declined
Read their reason and decide what to do next.
See your win rate in Reporting: accepted quotes divided by all sent quotes. Re-sending the same quote does not inflate the total.
Questions about survey quotes
Preparing a quote
Does the quote builder cost anything?
The quote builder is free. Card processing follows your existing payment arrangement.
How many options can I send?
One, two or three. You can mark one option as recommended.
What is the default validity?
Fourteen days. Set a firm default or change it before sending an individual quote.
Can a customer accept an expired quote?
No. The customer can still read the quote and PDF, but must ask the firm for a renewed quote.
Responses and follow-ups
When is the reminder sent?
An open quote gets a reminder two days before its expiry date. Accepted and declined quotes are excluded.
Can I send a quote again?
Yes. Re-send an unaccepted quote from the CRM with a new expiry date.
Can the customer decline?
Yes. They can leave an optional reason, which appears beside the quote in your CRM.
Does the chosen option reach the booking?
The accepted service and price are saved to the lead, so the existing booking and payment flow uses that choice.
Running the firm
Can I reuse wording for each service?
Yes. Save a service template for the title, what is included and the terms. Prices come from your firm’s price list for the property.
Can I take a bank transfer?
Yes. Enable bank transfer and add bank details in Quotes. Record received payments by hand from the enquiry’s Payments panel.
How is win rate calculated?
Accepted quotes divided by all sent quotes, including open, expired and declined quotes. Re-sending the same quote does not count it twice.
