DezRez and Rezi: push integration live on Home

DezRez and Rezi connect to Home via push integration. Your CRM sends updates to Home when they happen, removing the polling interval entirely.

DezRez and Rezi: push integration live on Home

Home now supports DezRez and its cloud-based successor Rezi as push integrations. Rather than Home periodically polling your CRM for changes, the CRM sends updates to Home directly when they happen. If you use either platform, your listings can now appear on Home with minimal lag between what is in your system and what buyers and renters see.

What a push integration means

Most CRM integrations on Home work by polling: Home checks your feed every 15 minutes, or up to two hours on quieter feeds, and pulls any changes it finds. We have written before about how our CRM sync works, including the backoff logic behind that polling schedule. Push works the other way. DezRez and Rezi are configured to notify Home whenever a listing changes, a new property is added, a price is updated, or a status changes to sold or let.

The practical difference is speed. With a poll-based connection, there is always some gap between a change and it appearing on the portal. With push, that gap is much smaller. How quickly a change propagates still depends on server conditions and processing time, but the fundamental delay of a polling interval is removed.

Setting up the connection

The setup wizard is inside your Home agent dashboard, available at home.co.uk/agents. Select DezRez or Rezi from the integrations list. The wizard covers the steps needed to authorise Home as a push destination inside your CRM account, and to verify that test events are arriving correctly.

If you are new to Home, create your agent account first and then return to connect your CRM.

DezRez and Rezi: the same integration

DezRez and Rezi are treated as a single integration on Home because they share the same underlying push mechanism. Whether you are on the older DezRez platform or have migrated to Rezi, the setup steps and the way data arrives on Home are the same.

What comes through

The push feed includes the standard listing fields: address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, description, photos, and floorplan links. Status changes come through as events, so sold subject to contract and let agreed update on Home as soon as DezRez or Rezi sends the notification.

EPC data is included where your CRM carries it. Fields not sent in the push payload will not appear on Home.

Listings on Home

Once connected, your active listings appear on home.co.uk/properties/to-buy and home.co.uk/properties/to-rent. Your agent profile at home.co.uk/agents will show all properties associated with your account.

DezRez and Rezi are two of 18 CRM integrations currently live on Home, sitting alongside real-time feeds such as Reapit. Between them, those connections feed into the 1,249,531 live UK listings Home currently tracks across sale and rental. If you have questions about how push integrations differ from the API feed route, our agent support team can walk through the specifics.

Push integration timing depends on notification delivery from your CRM and server processing conditions at time of receipt.
