Reapit: real-time listing sync with Home

Home now supports Reapit as a push integration. If you use Reapit to manage your properties and client relationships, you can connect it to Home and have your listings publish and update automatically. Changes you make in Reapit flow to Home without any manual export or upload.

Push, not poll

Reapit connects to Home via push rather than the API polling route used by some other integrations. With a push connection, Reapit sends updates to Home when events occur: a new listing is added, a price is amended, a property goes under offer or reaches exchange. Home receives that notification and updates the listing accordingly.

The alternative, polling, works by Home checking your feed on a schedule: every 15 minutes when activity is high, up to two hours when the feed is quiet. Push removes that scheduling gap. Setting up the connection

The setup wizard is in your Home agent dashboard. If you are already on Home, go to the integrations section and select Reapit. The wizard covers the steps specific to Reapit's configuration: authorising Home as a push destination within Reapit, verifying the webhook endpoint, and confirming that a test event arrives correctly on the Home side.

What syncs across

The Reapit push feed sends the standard listing fields: address, asking price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, description, photos, and floorplan links. EPC data comes through where it is included in your Reapit records.

Status events, sold subject to contract, let agreed, withdrawn, arrive as separate notifications. This keeps the availability shown to buyers and renters on home.co.uk/properties/to-buy and home.co.uk/properties/to-rent up to date without requiring any action on your part. Home currently carries 1,249,531 live listings across sale and rental, so a delayed status update is not a small thing: it is one branch's stock sitting wrong in front of a market that size.

Fields that are not included in Reapit's push payload will not appear on Home. If you expect a field to be present and it is not, check your Reapit configuration first. If the field is enabled in Reapit and still absent on Home, contact our support team with a listing reference.

Reapit across multiple branches

Reapit supports multi-branch setups and the Home push integration follows the same structure. Listings from all offices within your Reapit account are included in the push feed. Each listing is attributed to the relevant branch on your Home agent profile.
