How to claim your estate agency on Home.co.uk

If your agency already has listings on Home but you have not set up your agent account, you may have an unclaimed profile. This guide explains how to claim it, verify your details, and take control of how your agency appears on the portal.

Why claiming matters

Home carries over 1.2 million live listings at any time, and each one is attributed to an agency the moment it comes through a CRM feed whether or not that agency has registered. If your agency has not yet claimed its profile, the listings still appear, but without a verified contact address, phone number, or logo. Buyers and renters may see outdated or incomplete agent details until a claim is made.

Claiming your profile lets you correct your contact information, add your logo, set your office hours, and connect a CRM integration so future listings stay in sync automatically. It also costs nothing: listings on Home are free for agents, so there is no billing step to work through before your details go live.

Step one: check whether your agency is already listed

Go to home.co.uk/agents and search for your agency name. If your name appears, a profile for your agency already exists on Home. Note any listings attributed to you before you begin the claim process.

If nothing appears, your agency is not yet on Home. You can create a new account directly rather than claiming an existing profile. The registration flow is the same starting point.

Step two: start the claim

From the home.co.uk/agents page, select the option to register or claim your agency. You will be asked for your work email address and basic agency details, including your Companies House registration number. This information is used to verify that you are authorised to manage the profile.

Home will send a verification email to the address you provide. Click the link in that email to continue.

Step three: verify your details

Once your email is confirmed, you will be taken into the agent dashboard. From here you can:

• Update your agency name, branch address, and phone number
• Upload your logo
• Add or confirm the contact email address that appears on listings

Take a few minutes to review all the fields. Buyers contact agencies directly through the details shown here, so accuracy matters.

Step four: connect your CRM

If you use a CRM to manage your properties, the integrations section of the dashboard lets you connect it to Home. Home supports 18 integrations, covering API feeds, SFTP feeds, and push connections, including a direct Street.co.uk feed. Each has a self-serve setup wizard that guides you through the steps specific to your CRM.

If you do not yet use one of the supported CRMs, you can upload listings manually through the dashboard or contact the agent support team to discuss your options.

Step five: review your live listings

Once your profile is claimed and your CRM is connected, check the listings that appear under your agency. If any listings are attributed incorrectly, for example properties from a previous tenant of your branch address, use the dashboard to flag them for review.

New listings from your CRM will publish automatically once the connection is verified and active.

Include your agency name and Companies House number so the team can locate your profile quickly.
