Street.co.uk CRM integration: connect your Street feed to Home

Home supports a direct API integration with Street.co.uk. If Street is your CRM of choice, you can link it to your Home agent account and have your listings publish and update automatically. Home currently carries 1,249,531 live UK property listings, so keeping your Street feed synced matters for how many buyers and renters see your stock.

How the connection works

Street.co.uk connects to Home via our API feed route. For the mechanics of how that polling and backoff behaviour is built, see how our CRM sync works. Once you complete the setup, Home polls your Street feed at regular intervals. When your feed is active and changing, polling runs every 15 minutes. During quieter periods the interval extends gradually, up to a maximum of two hours. Any update in Street, whether that is a price change, a new photo, or a listing going under offer, triggers the cycle to snap back to 15 minutes.

The result is that what you manage in Street is reflected on Home throughout the working day, without any manual intervention.

Setting up the integration

Open your Home agent dashboard and find the CRM integrations section. Select Street from the list and the setup wizard guides you through the specific steps: locating your API credentials in Street, pasting them into the Home dashboard, and confirming the feed is pulling correctly with a test sync.

If you are not yet registered on Home, you can create an agent account at home.co.uk/agents and then return to connect Street.

What comes through

The Street API exports the standard property fields: address, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, description, photos, and floorplan links. Home maps these to your listing pages on home.co.uk/properties/to-buy and home.co.uk/properties/to-rent.

Status updates, a property going sold subject to contract or let agreed, come through in the same sync so your availability stays accurate for buyers and renters searching on Home.

EPC data is included where Street carries it on the listing. If a field you expect is not appearing, check your Street export configuration first, then contact our support team with a specific listing reference if the issue persists.

Multi-branch setups

If your Street account covers more than one branch, the feed pulls listings across all branches within that account. Each listing appears under the relevant branch on your Home agent profile. Agencies with separate Street accounts per branch will need a separate Home profile and connection for each.

Street alongside other integrations

Home currently supports 18 CRM integrations. If you have previously listed on Home via a different route, for example an SFTP feed or manual upload, switching to the Street API connection keeps your data fresher and removes the upload step from your workflow. If you are still deciding which route suits your setup, connect your CRM to Home in minutes covers the general process across providers.

Speak to our agent support team before running two active connections on the same Home account to avoid duplicate listings.

Sync timing and field availability depend on your Street.co.uk account configuration and standard server conditions.
