About Beloved Home Surveys
We are members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and The Property Ombudsman. Every survey is carried out by an Associate Member of RICS (AssocRICS) with property experience since 2013 and expertise in building pathology and defect analysis.
We work on a limited diary, focusing on quality rather than quantity. Reports are written in plain English with photographs, clear condition ratings and matters for your legal adviser, and are issued within five working days. We also remain available to provide advice throughout your property purchase.
We have particular experience with older housing and traditional and non-traditional construction, including Vic Hallam, Wimpey No-Fines, Laing Easiform, Hawksley BL8 and Reema systems. We also recognise potentially hazardous materials and invasive plants including Japanese knotweed.
We work solely on your behalf, providing impartial advice to help you understand the property and its defects before you buy.
