Honestly, you guys were fantastic. You supported me through every stage of the process—from the initial enquiry, to booking the survey, and all the way through to the follow-up afterwards. I received my Level 2 Home Survey report on the very next working day, which was incredibly impressive. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. A few inconsistencies throughout the report: they mentioned gas when everything in the flat is electric, they said the external walls were solid masonry; whereas another section describes them as cavity brick masonry. One section appears to refer to the roof space as being inaccessible, whereas the Roof Structure section later describes observations made within the loft... plus they accept no liability for any of their observations and recommendations! And I paid £499 on Homemove when the survey fee is only £370 on their website... Doesn't feel fair nor a good, thorough service.
