Tywardreath is a proper Cornish Village and retains many village amenities including a grocers, fish & chip shop, butchers, village pub, hairdressers, two churches and a primary school. The closest beach is Par Sands or Polkerris which are both short drives away. The Saints Way crossing South to North Cornwall passes through the middle of the village.
Historic Fowey is approx 3 miles away and the Eden Project and many other attractions are within easy reach.

This Spacious Premier Two Double Bedroom Lodge is Furnished and Equipped to a High Standard. The lodge benefits from a Good size Entrance Hall, Fully Fitted Kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Microwave and a Washer Dryer. The spacious Lounge/Dining Area leads out on to the Private Patio. One Double Bedroom further Large Twin Bedroom with En -Suite and Superbly Appointed Family Bathroom with Separate Shower Cubicle.
Tenure - Leasehold. I have been advised that there is approx 980 years remaining on the lease.
Communal Area Fees- The fees are approx. £2600 per annum
