Missed Contractor Appointments / Call-Out Charges: Any reasonable costs incurred due to missed pre-arranged contractor appointments may be payable by the contract-holder.
No tenant fees are charged other than permitted payments in accordance with the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019.
