The house benefits from a lovely lounge / diner for you to socialise or just relax after a long hard day. There are also 2 shared bathrooms in this house so no waiting around for your turn and plenty of hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
