Upon entering the lodge, you are met by a spacious open plan living area. With living space to the front and kitchen diner to the rear, this impressive space offers light and fantastic rural views. The living area has a feature fireplace, space for two sofas and outstanding views to the front. Sliding doors lead out to the private deck which has a range of outdoor furniture and further far-reaching views. The kitchen diner offers a range of fitted units and appliances, as well as space for a table and chairs. There is also a separate row of units with a large sink located on the other side of the kitchen.

To the rear of the lodge, there are two bedrooms and a shower room. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with window to the side and a range of built in storage. Across the hall from here there is a shower room. This shower room offers a shower unit, WC and hand basin all finished to a high standard. The master bedroom is located to the rear of the unit and is a large double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom offers a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

The site itself offers miles of walks, multiple lakes for enjoying your surroundings and fishing. There is a heated outdoor pool and even a petting zoo. All of this located on the edge of the stunning Roseland Peninsular with countless miles of walks and scenery to enjoy. The historic village of Tregony is around a 10 minute drive and with Portloe and Veryan around 20 minutes by car there is plenty to explore.
