Tilstock Crescent is nestled away; sandwiched between Broxton Avenue and Northwood Road, in Prenton, with little need to be driven down, unless you're visiting, or indeed, heading home. And here you'll find what we believe to be a very comfortable home. Certainly for its current family who have been in situ for some 52 years - a testament to what's on offer...

What we find, and hear almost daily, is that whilst families are looking for their next step on the ladder, the kids are growing and needing more space, families are outgrowing the modern approach of an open plan kitchen diner living room and wanting a wall - or two. So what we have here straddles all camps.

We have a quiet sitting room to the front of the house - grown ups only, perhaps, with four walls and a door to shut. Then we have a central office space leading to a dining area overlooking the garden, which then leads on to sizeable galley kitchen, and then to the far side, an opening to the rear living room - so whereas we're all connected, we've all certainly got our own spaces to chill, relax and enjoy. 

The kitchen is an extension to the original house with Velux window and door to the garden, as well as access through to a shower room. Access also back through to the garage.

The first floor proffers a newly installed four piece bathroom suite, complete with walk in shower and separate bath tub. There are three bedrooms here, with the master providing a good amount of storage space to the built in wardrobes. 

And whilst we're speaking about storage, climb the stairs to the loft where you'll find a superb amount of Christmas dec' space, train set space, tent storage space - seriously handy extra floor space here for all of the family garb...

Outside we have a well stocked, sunny garden (sitting on the right side of the road), patio space for the barbecue, shed for even more storage and quite a private aspect.
