We also invested in upgrading the interior, including professional redecoration and premium Buster + Punch light switches and socket covers, creating a stylish home finished to a high standard.

One of the things we've appreciated most is the sense of community. Spruce House is comprised of just 16 flats, so neighbours know one another and there's a friendly residents' WhatsApp group that helps keep everyone connected. The building has always felt welcoming and secure, making it a place we've genuinely enjoyed calling home. In terms of the wider development facilities such as the co-working space, nursery & cafe on site are all great benefits for residents.

The location is also ideal for commuters and anyone wanting the best of South East London.
