The lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single, the master bedroom comes with it's own walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The accommodation is completed with the main bathroom.

The Lodge is on a holiday licence agreement with 79 years remaining. The annual site fees would be £5995 + Vat per annum, paid pro rata which includes water, drainage, all the site gardening, lighting across the site, access road maintenance and wi-fi.
Use of site facilities including the indoor swimming pool, bar, children’s play area, coffee shop, cycle hire, cycle paths, entertainment, golf (9 holes), horse riding, pub, restaurant, shop/supermarket, takeaway, crazy golf.
Each lodge pays their own gas and electric
Pets are allowed (Maximum of 5)
The park is open for 12 months for second home use only to include friends and family, it is an owners only park (no buy to let)
This Lodge does not require an EPC
There is no council tax to pay
When a lodge is sold there is a site fee to pay but only by the seller.
