We have lived here for five years and this has been a fantastic first home for us. We were first drawn to it for the surrounding area and convenient road, rail and airport links. The location has also been brilliant for commuting to work in both Coventry and Birmingham.

Its fantastic only being a short walk from Sheldon Country Park which is a favourite running route of ours and great for Plane spotting at the Airport Viewing area. When we aren’t running we enjoy using the onsite gym which has been a massive perk for us.

Our Communal rooftop garden is a blessing during the summer as it allows you to relax in the beautiful sunshine, and the apartment is spoilt with the sunshine and warmth from the south facing windows in the living area, which helps during the colder months.

The flat feels safe with secure access and a weekday receptionist. We went travelling for a year in 2023 and had no problem renting the flat for this period.

We have made lots of happy memories here, however after five years we are looking to upsize to have space for a dog and a vegetable patch. We hope the new owners will enjoy loving here as much as we have.
