Bought in 2017 as a part completed renovation, we’ve been able finish the house to exactly how we wanted it and will be very sad to leave when we relocate to be nearer family. We liked the area so much, having lived in the apartments behind that when this house came to market, we knew we had to buy it.

The downstairs layout is very adaptable and is great when we have all our children and grandchildren come to stay. We regularly get new visitors likening the house to a Tardis as it feels bigger inside than it looks due to being open-plan with lots of natural light too.

The large conservatory is also really adaptable. Sunroom, dining room, playroom, lounge etc and gives easy access to the low maintenance gardens that are not overlooked front or rear. Particularly useful is the garage which is accessed from the rear garden and has a powered roller shutter door. 

Situated on a quiet road only used by people out for a stroll with their dog or a pushchair and very little traffic, Olton Station is less than 10 minutes away and it’s possible to be in Birmingham City centre within 20 mins from leaving the door.
