Summer Hill is located off Alexandra Road and from nearby Locks Hill, a regular bus service is available serving the town centre and Sainsbury's. A Spar shop and post office can be found on Caxton Road and there is a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. The train station is a 15 minute walk and the town centre is an easy stroll along Alexandra Road and then down Vicarage Street.
