Southernhay is located in the picturesque and highly desirable village of Beer, which in turn nestles on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Glorious country and coastal walks are close at hand which include over the South West Coast Path from which there are stunning views over this dramatic stretch of coastline.

It has beautiful parks and walks and has an excellent variety of shops, cinema, theatre and range of sporting facilities. The market town of Axminster is about 9 miles away and has a main line rail link to London Waterloo. The Cathedral City of Exeter is approximately 23 miles distant with excellent shopping facilities, express rail link to London Paddington, international airport and M5 access. Colyton Grammar School, one of the country's top mixed state schools is also within easy reach being about 4 miles away.
DIRECTIONS.
On the A3052 travelling in an easterly direction between the towns of Sidmouth and Seaton, take the right hand turning at Hangmans Stone signposted Beer 3174. Proceed for about two miles dropping down Court Barton Hill and the driveway to Southernhay will be found on your left hand side just before the junction.
