Applicants must nominate a lead tenant who will pay the holding deposit on behalf of the group. Once the holding deposit is paid, the property will be secured and from this point there will be 15 days ONLY in which to complete the full registration, Right to Rent Check, referencing and Tenancy Agreement signing process.

By making this payment both parties are creating a contract about the holding deposit, but they are not entering into a tenancy at this point. The holding deposit will be a sum equivalent to 1 week of rent for the requested property, which is calculated based on the proposed rent stated on page one of this agreement.
