Of course, the location is important too. Fair to say that this one is 'hot' too, quite a spot. A considerably quiet location bearing in mind the short walk to both the girls' school and St Anselm's. Considerably peaceful the majority of times but for the hourly gentle chime of the bell from the Carmelite monastery.
For work, the city is about a five-minute car journey to the tunnel or slightly more for a bike ride through the park to the station for the same destination.
