We asked the vendor about her amazing home and she was kind enough to provide us with the following information which we feel really says everything about why you should view this unique stunning property.

  1. What attracted me to the property ?
  We moved her in July 2003. At the time, my children were becoming teenagers and we needed more space.        We moved from Beckenham to Hildenborough. The location is excellent with trains to London taking about 50    mins and the M25 just off the A21 at Junction 5 so one can travel easily.  The house was amazing – just like Dr      Who’s Tardis. A small front door that just opens into a big hallway and a large 4-bedroom house with a big            garden backing on to the estate’s fields. There is a tennis court which we used, and each property holds a            share in the 20 acres that surround the estate. I have 2 Labradors so we walk around the surrounding                    countryside which they love. Its  good exercise. The neighbours are very friendly.
What improvements have you made to the house ?
