There is a footpath which crosses the very south eastern corner of the land. There are no other public rights of way crossing the land.

The land on Sherborne Road is located to the south of Marston Magna and to the north of the Abbey town of Sherborne, close to the Somerset Dorset border, in a sought after and easily accessible location.

From Sherborne head north of the B3148 towards Marston Magna. After about 3.5 miles pass the White Post Inn on the left hand side. After approximately half a mile as the road bends round to the left, the entrance to the land is found on the left hand side.
