Our spacious homes are perfect for groups of friends looking for a whole house or individuals looking for a single room in a house share and who still want a little personal space. Please note we have a selection of single sex, mixed houses for either undergraduate or postgraduate students or young professionals.
 
Our bills package of £30 per week/per room (on top of the advertised rent) includes:

Rosebarn Park is a development of homes catering for students but unlike most purpose built student accommodation blocks these all have their own front doors and either private or shared gardens. This gives you the best of all worlds; privacy and outside space, combined with a vibrant community to make new friends, onsite maintenance support and a 24 hrs emergency customer services helpline should you need it. 
 
Inside our homes all bedrooms have double beds, ample storage and study space and black-out blinds, so you can switch off and sleep anytime. Our kitchens are all equipped with dishwashers and their own washing machines and tumble dryers so no having to run down to the basement to share with the rest of your block and pay extra for laundry facilities.
 
Parking is free and available at Rosebarn too with a bus stop right outside the site for easy access to campus and town.

- 25-minute walk to the St Luke's Campus or 19 minutes on the bus, which departs every 15 minutes 
- 20-minute walk from the city centre (John Lewis) or 11 minutes on the bus, which depart every 15 minutes 
- 35-minute walk from Exeter St David's train station or 23 minutes on the bus, which depart every 15 minutes
- 35 minute walk from the hospital or 30 minutes on the bus, which depart every 15 minutes
