Welcome to Our Home in Jennett’s Park. We’ve had the pleasure of calling this home for the past eight years, and it’s been a truly wonderful place to live. The layout has suited us perfectly—offering plenty of space for both couples and families, with generous areas indoors and out that are ideal for hosting and socialising. One of our favourite features is the French doors that open directly onto the garden, which we’ve lovingly transformed into a peaceful, private retreat. Whether you’re enjoying a sunny barbecue, relaxing with a book on a summer evening, or simply enjoying some down time, the garden is a true sanctuary.
Jennett’s Park itself is a welcoming and vibrant community. Our home is just a short walk from a fantastic coffee shop, a convenient Co-Op store, and the community centre—close enough to enjoy, but far enough away to maintain peace and quiet. We’re also lucky to be right on the edge of Bracknell, with the local country park nearby, perfect for dog walks or leisurely strolls. Unlike many properties in the area, parking is never a problem here. We also benefit from not being part of a management company, which means no annual service charges—a rare and welcome perk in Jennett’s Park. We’ll be sad to say goodbye to this home, but we’re excited for the next chapter—and we know the next owners will love it just as much as we have.

Sparrowhawk way is one of the first phases of Jennett's Park and with Peacock Meadow, Osprey Park, Woodpecker Park and so many other greenspaces and walking spots all on the doorstep. Bracknell Town Centre is a 6-minute drive away, and you can be in Wokingham or Crowthorne in around 10 minutes by car. Access to the A329 for Reading and the M4 is around the corner, and public bus routes are plentiful and regularly run through Jennett's Park. Jennett's Park is a lovely community to become a part of - we find many people move into "JP" and then only move around within it as there's everything you need from a brilliant pub, convenience stores, a school, community center and that's not to mention the strength of the community itself. With community and charity events and their facebook and WhatsApp groups for residents, it's a wonderful place to be welcomed within.

Where do we start with this home, the first thing that strikes us when you walk in and how much care, attention and detail has gone into this home including the garden which is Sanjay's favourite part! You can tell the current owners love their home and have looked after it so well. The driveway to the back is pretty unique as you only share it with one other neighbour! Being south facing the garden is how they have landscaped it just ticks all the boxes for us. And no management fees!!
