For sale by public auction at Lifton Strawberry Fields, Lifton, Devon, PL16 0DH 7pm, on Wednesday 21st February 2024. Completion of the sale will take place within 28 days of the auction, or earlier by agreement between the parties.
On the night of the auction, 10% of the purchase price will fall due as a deposit being used for exchange of contracts along with the buyer’s auction fee.
BUYERS AUCTION ADMINISTRATION FEE
All successful buyers should note that on exchange of contracts a Buyer’s Administration Fee of £2,000.00 plus VAT (total £2,400 inc VAT) is payable to Kivells. Please note if the lot is sold prior to auction, these fees remain payable. There are no discounts for multiple lots purchased and you must consider this when bidding/offering prior.
AUCTION PAYMENT
All successful purchasers are required to pay an immediate 10% deposit on the night of the auction along with Kivells Auction administration fee.

BIDDER REGISTRATION
