General Information

Market Weighton Business Centre is part of a group of Managed Workspace provided by East Riding Of Yorkshire Council, other sites are Driffield, Brough, Bridlington, Beverley, Goole and Hessle. Market Weighton Business Centre was constructed in 2004 with funding from Yorkshire Forward Regional Development Agency, ERDF and East Riding of Yorkshire Council to provide good quality purpose-built workshops and office units with excellent on-site support facilities. Including kitchens, toilets, conference room with internet access, loading bay and on-site parking.



Terms of Occupation

The offices and workshops are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or business advisor.



Rental

Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee plus VAT. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning; business rates and building insurance.



Uses

Suitable for a wide variety of office based and light industrial businesses, B1 classification. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance or related businesses are not permitted.



Repairs & Maintenance

Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office or workshop only.



Business Rates & VAT

Business rates are not applicable. VAT is payable on the licence fee, figures shown are net.



Conference & Meeting Space

The generously sized meeting room is capable of holding a maximum of 18 delegates. The provision of WiFi, TV, Webcam and Refreshments are all included in the hire charges (subject to availability.



The Conference room is also available to hire to external businesses at Rates; Half day £90.00; Full day £145.00.

Viewings are available during office hours 9am-4pm.
