LOT 3—7.92 ACRES (3.21 HECTARES) OFF HUISH DROVE
Lot 3 extends to approximately 7.92 acres and comprises a single enclosure of level lying permanent pasture, which is contained within fenced ryhne ditch and hedgerow boundaries. The enclosure is accessed through two gateways in the northern boundary which leads directly off Huish Drove or, alternatively, through a gateway in the south-western corner of Litness Drove.
