Allocation

Connect Housing is a social housing provider with properties across West Yorkshire. In most cases if you're interested in one of our properties you will be asked to complete a form before viewing any of our vacant homes*. This is to ensure all applicants are eligible and for the safety of our staff and customers. Successful applications are processed based on factors such as suitability, affordability, etc. and not purely on a 'first come first served' basis.



Rent Payment

We offer a number of different ways for you to pay your rent. If you prefer you can pay weekly, monthly or even fortnightly. We also offer payment through direct debit, standing order, payment cards and cash/cheque.

There are no agency fees but you will need to pay four weeks rent in advance. We will work with you to ensure your house move goes as smoothly as possible. We will consider applicants who are in receipt of benefits.
