The site was granted full planning permission and listed building consent, subject to conditions, on 30th October 2025 for the conversion and partial rebuild of two traditional agricultural buildings, known as South Barn and West Barn. The applications can be found under references 3/25/0460/FUL and 3/25/0461/LBC.
South Barn will extent to approximately 2,500 sq ft and will contain six bedrooms with an impressive double height space above the main living area. Accommodation will be set over two floors.
West Barn will comprise four bedrooms and extend to 2,533 sq ft. In addition, this dwelling will benefit from an internal courtyard space. Accommodation will be ground floor only.
The dwellings will share a driveway with each other and Priory Farmhouse, an attractive Georgian property.
