The property is accessed via a communal front door and stairwell, there is no lift access to the property. There is a secure door entry system on the communal front door and a 24 hour alarm monitoring system inside the property.

The property has a good sized living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has space for washing machine, cooker and fridge. The property is let unfurnished and without floor coverings.

Old Vicarage Court has a small communal car park and the parking is very limited therefore it may not always be possible to park on site.

No pets are allowed at the property.
