Description

We enter the gate of the property via the twitten that is Frederick Gardens, which to the front of the property has a very nice patio seating area, before we even enter the front door.
So, in through the front door into the porch. Hanging for coats, space for shoes and into the cottage itself. We have a bay to the front with radiator below. Ornamental log burner with wooden fire surround and mantel. Space for sofa, nice lounge area, opens up into the dining area with space to eat and plenty of room for a nice sociable area.

Understairs storage where one can put one's ironing board, hoover, everyday items, out of sight. Single-glazed window of the rear which overlooks a courtyard area, and what I would suggest, are original stripped wooden floorboards.

Into the Kitchen, which has an abundance of light coming through the grated opening from the roof terrace. Also, a skylight shining lots of light through into the kitchen area. Now, the Kitchen itself is worked around a laminate work surface with both eye and base level units. We have an integrated fridge, an integrated freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Plumbing and space for a dishwasher, stainless steel sink unit and drainer and part-tiled with tiled flooring.

We turn left into the Bathroom. The Bathroom itself, large bath with shower over. Obscure window overlooking central courtyard. Low level WC, heated towel rail and pedestal wash hand basin. Also, plumbing and space for washing machine, above which is a cupboard housing the boiler.

We will now venture upstairs where we will find two bedrooms.

First, to our right is the Second Bedroom, original wooden floorboards under foot. Space for a double and small piece of furniture. Single-glazed window overlooking the roof terrace, which we have access for. Roof terrace being West facing. A great sociable space bearing in mind the opening for light to the courtyard downstairs and the skylight that goes into the kitchen but nonetheless, West facing and plenty of space to socialise.

Finally, into the Primary Bedroom. Window overlooking the front of the cottage and the twitten itself. Plenty of space for a good-sized double bed, furniture and built-in wardrobes either side of the chimney breast. Again, set upon original stripped wooden floorboards.
