Rusacks hotel, The New, St Andrews, St Regulas and St Rule golf clubs are all close by, with the entrance to the Royal and Ancient offices further along.

Golf Place is the street which leads to the 18th green of the Old Course, the R&A Clubhouse and the West Sands Beach. The property is therefore ideally placed for access to the golf courses and beach, the University and also for all the shops, pubs and restaurants in the centre of town.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. There are now seven golf courses under the management of the St Andrews Links Trust, including the world-famous Old Course which will next play host to the Open Championship in 2027.
