Located on a quiet cul de sac with access onto the Cuckoo Trail from a nearby twitten. This is a useful old railway track converted to be used by walkers and cyclists and goes all the way to Eastbourne. As a result, the High Street, Waitrose and Sainsbury's a five minute walk away. The market town of Heathfield still holds markets, has a good range of local shops and amenities and many clubs and societies.
