We bought this house due to location and house size. The house is deceptively big we find and a selling point was the kitchen.
We are very close to the city centre so local amenities, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, along with being able to be in the heart of Coundon within 5 minutes. We are both close to our current workplaces.
Our street has a community feel, we know our neighbours and communicate frequently for support and to care for the area, including Nauls Mill Park.
