"When we first moved in, we were so excited to realise that the back of the house faces towards the west. We have really loved being able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the garden and back of the house. The back isn't overlooked so we also get access to pretty great firework displays on New Year's Eve. We were lucky enough to inherit a mature garden from the previous owners. We love the different roses and bluebells that bloom each year. We especially has love setting up a hammock in the shade under the canopy of dog roses. We've also enjoyed being walking distance to the cafes and charity shops at Henleaze and Westbury on Trym and being able to walk around Baddocks Wood Nature Reserve. On sunny mornings, our favourite coffee spot in the house is the front room as it has huge bay windows which let in the light and make the whole room feel gloriously warm, even in the winter. The room we have spent the most time in is the cosy snug and kitchen diner. We've enjoyed having the space to cook and eat together, and then settle down afterwards in front of the fire as a family."

It is directly on the bus route to both the city centre and to Bristol Parkway, which has direct trains to London, Swindon, Reading and Cardiff. It is also convenient for the motorway for those who regularly travel further afield. The M5 and M4 are only ten minutes away and allows easy access to Wales, the South West, the Midlands or the South East.
