Description

"This is a lovely bungalow and I really enjoyed the time I lived in it. It has everything you could need and is very spacious. The garden is a great size with lots of potential and we installed a large shed too to have some storage for garden seats/equipment so we could still use the garage. The view from the property is really lovely - one of my favourite things about it. Overall the area is private, quiet and peaceful. We have been letting out the property for a few years and our tenants have all given great feedback on living in the bungalow and area. It is a low maintenance property and a great lock up & go. We are sad to see it go, but it is time for us to move on."

Parkers Close is a cul-de-sac off a cul-de-sac; a quiet, tucked away road in a popular pocket of Brentry, with residents making up the only traffic on the road. The area is popular for its accessibility by car, bike or public transport. Brentry is just a short drive from Cribbs Causeway and Junction 17 of M5, yet is very much a part of the city of Bristol, with great links into the centre. The shops and amenities of Horfield and Westbury-on-Trym are nearby whilst Filton Golf Course and Blaise Castle give the area a very green surrounding. The proximity of Blaise Castle and other outdoor nearby attractions such as AirHop, Bristol Activity Centre and the Wild Place Project means there is plenty to do in the nearby area for local residents. This is an area very popular with families due, in part, to the success of nearby Brentry Primary School and Bristol Free School.

Situated in an elevated position at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac is this modern two bedroom bungalow. The property is situated on a generous plot, benefiting from parking for several vehicles, a garage and a fantastic garden, measuring approximately 27 metres in length. The bungalow has had planning permission approved to extend from two separate points of the existing building. Within the garden there is a large shed ideal for storage or as a home office or studio. The bungalow itself is presented to a high standard throughout and benefits from fantastic views and an open, light aspect from the living area. As well as having two double bedrooms, the bungalow has the rare benefit of boasting both a shower room and an en-suite bathroom. Outside the bungalow is situated on a generous plot with parking to the front and side of the property as well as a garage. There is full access around both sides of the building with scope to extend into a choice of couple of spaces, should the new owner wish. The garden is particularly impressive, measuring 27m and elevated in a way which captures the sun and boasts views to the north-west. Within the garden sits a large shed, ideal for use as a storage space but also with the potential to set up a home office or studio space.
