It was love at first sight! The wood burner, the Victorian look, the size of the garden, the potential and the views were just amazing and that was why we had to do the loft conversion so we could take it all in from up high and enjoy the tranquility of the location to the fullest. We love the ease of having the village amenities on our doorstep too.
We will be sad to leave but hope the new owners will enjoy this home as much as we have for the last ten years.

Binfield Village is one of the most sought after locations to live locally, and thanks to it's thriving and bubbly community it's no suprise why! Alben Road is just off Terrace Road North and there are plenty of great schools within walking distance, as well as plenty of local shops for day to day essentials, along with a wealth of pubs, cafe's and take-aways as well. Greenspaces to explore are also in abundance with plenty of country walks and play parks all on the doorstep.
Bracknell Town Centre is a short 5 minute drive away, and Maidenhead is around 15 minutes by car where the train station gets into London Paddington in around 20 minutes. The A329, A30, M4 & M3 motorway networks are all within a few minutes drive making this delightful little village very well connected as well.

I love the upgrades that the current owners have made here - they've kept the charm and character whilst making it such a lovely place for modern family life. The Juliet Balcony with bi-fold doors in the main bedroom creates a little oasis away from the rest of the house, and the views are stunning. It's rare to get such a spacious, character home in the heart of the village and I can't wait to show you round.
