The renowned Royal Birkdale is only a five-minute drive or a pleasant 20–30 minute walk, making this an excellent base for golf breaks as well as seaside holidays.

Southport Beach is approximately a 17-minute walk from the apartment, and the property is well placed for exploring the wider area, including nearby racecourses, stadiums and Liverpool city centre attractions.
