We will also carry out employment and affordability checks, obtain a previous landlord reference and require proof of address history, usually up to 3 years. All applicants will be subject to a credit check carried out by a third party to check for CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies etc. If you have any concerns about your credit record you are advised to check for adverse records before applying for a rental property as failure to disclose such details may result in the loss of your holding deposit.

Right To Rent Checks - By law, Right to Rent checks must be carried and as such will be required to provide proof of ID and address in accordance with Home Office guidelines.
