This shared house provides high-quality accommodation for working professionals.

All rooms are for single occupancy, are individually locking, and come with study desks, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a mirror. Bills are additional to the rent, charged at around £130pcm currently. Additional usage over £130pcm is the liability of the tenants to reimburse the landlord.

There is a on-road parking at the front of the house. At the end of the road, only a short walk away, is Cherry Hinton Road, which is a 20-minute walk to Cambridge train station. There is also an accessible bus service to other parts of the city.

This room, on the first floor, is a large double room with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and mirror. There is a separate kitchen, shared with one other occupant, a separate WC also shared with one other and a shower room that is shared between 3 occupants.

Communal cleaning and gardening included on an ad-hoc basis.
