There is space for one car at the front of the flat but no long wheel based vehicles / vans are permitted. There is also an electric vehicle charging point. Due to issues in the community extra checks will be completed to ensure that there is no history of drug use or anti-social behaviour with any applicants. It is located close to the Lakeside shopping centre and you will have access to walk round the lake that is close to the flat.
