Stephen's Comment:Having grown up and lived just off Sandy Lane I would highly recommend this area, with Hawley Woods just a 5 minute walk away it's great for leisurely walks around the beautiful lake. Also the property is great for schooling and access to the M3 junctions. The house has a generous rear garden, large kitchen/diner with doors to the rear garden so it's great for entertaining, along with parking and garage to the rear so for me a must view.
Area Comment:Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
