I am renting out my apartment between Saturday 24 May to Monday 1 July as I will be travelling. The start date is flexible by a couple days. 

The apartment sleeps 2, is modern, fully furnished and has everything you need. It will be an Airbnb like experience, just significantly cheaper. I used to list on Airbnb and was rated 4.9 starts based on more than 25 reviews. Some of my things will still be there but I will put these away in the hall cupboard. It's ideal for anyone visiting family over summer, travelling or waiting to move into their new home. It will unfortunately not suit someone that has a lot of their own things.

It's a short walk to beautiful Crystal Palace park and a 15-20min or short bus ride to Crystal Palace Triangle which has shops, pubs, cafes, arty things etc. There are 2 stations close by which gets you into the city in about 40-50mins depending on where you're going. Crystal Palace station is an 11 min walk or Anerley station is an 8min walk. The triangle has a big Sainsburys and Aldi is a 15min walk (or couple bus stops down the road).

There is free parking in the road which normally has plenty space. It's very peaceful with lots of greenery :)

The rent per month is £1500 excl bills which is a good deal if you've looked at the prices of Airbnb and similar platforms. Bills are £270 for the month which includes gas, electricity, water, internet etc. Depending on your stay these amounts will be apportioned. I am looking for someone to stay the 6 weeks if possible.

This is my home so I am looking for someone who will respect it and look after it whilst I am away.
