The whole house is always super cosy and economical to run, thanks to it’s eco spec. We’ll miss being a stones throw from St Marks Road and the buzz of all the local shops and cafes. Stopping by the bakery for cinnamon buns has become a weekend ritual that’ll be very hard to replace. It’s the perfect spot – amazing neighbours, unbeatable local community and quick connections to town and beyond. We love Easton and Greenbank Avenue West has been the perfect spot for our first home. It’s bright, airy and full of flexible spaces, plus the south facing garden and studio have been great for entertaining"
