From Topsham proceed along the Exmouth Road towards Exmouth turning left into Featherbed Lane then at the mini roundabout turn right and then left into Pound Lane procced to the bottom of the road proceeding across the mini roundabout into Bradham Lane at the top of Bradham Lane turn left onto Salterton Road and then right into Littleham Road which provides a little parade of local shops then right into Cranford Avenue.
