Why the owner loves the property:
We absolutely loved this property. The setting within Royal Connaught Park is breathtaking and lifts the spirits every time you drive into the grounds. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the gym and pool facilities are great - we are really going to miss them! The flat itself has a really homely feel to it, partly due to being split over two floors, so it is more like a house than a flat, and due to having the mezzanine level with the double height ceiling and beautiful original windows.
