RENT AND DEPOSIT
£650 per calendar month exclusive payable monthly in advance. A refundable holding deposit of £150.00 (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) will be required to secure the property before applying for reference and credit checks. The successful applicant(s) will be required to pay a deposit of £750.00 (equivalent of 5 weeks rent), prior to the commencement of the tenancy. The security deposit will be refunded at the termination of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a reasonable and tenantable condition. The deposit will be paid into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
OUTGOINGS
The tenant will be responsible for all outgoings including electricity, TV licence, telephone, broadband, water rates and Council Tax.

From Newby Bridge, following the A590, turn right at the crossroads at Haverthwaite, just beyond the Haverthwaite Railway. At the T junction turn right. Abbots Reading is approximately one third of a mile on the left hand side.
Approaching from Ulverston, along the A590, turn left at the crossroads at Haverthwaite and follow these directions.
