It has gardens that you will need to maintain at the front, side and rear of the bungalow and any parking is on the street only. Please note this property is not suitable for use of a wheelchair inside the property due to tight corners or doorways and is accessed via two small steps at the front so is not accessible to anyone in a wheelchair either. Rear access is also via a standard width door into a narrow space. We will give priority to applicants who are over the age of 50 then those that can demonstrate a medical need for ground floor accommodation. Consideration will be given to community cohesion when allocating this property. Maximum of 2 pets permitted. Ongo will require a minimum advance of two weeks rent before any offer can be made.
